How to Order

Customers can place an order by e-mail, though please do not send money via Paypal (or post UK cheques) without contacting me first to ensure stock is available.

Once you have placed your order an e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your order has been received. You will also be sent an e-mail when your order is about to be despatched.
Payment Methods


Payment Type For online orders I accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo, using PayPal only. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept credit card payments any other way. For mail orders I accept payment by UK cheque only. Please allow 5-7 days for cheque to clear before shipping. Please make cheques payable to Derek Boyes.

Please note: I do not accept non-UK cheques or International Money Orders.
Delivery Times

UK: 3-5 working days by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Europe: 5-7 working days by airmail.
Canada: 10-14 working days by airmail.
USA : 10-14 working days by airmail.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and are dependent on postal services.
Shipping Rates


UK: £2.99 for the first poster and 40p extra for each additional poster.
Europe: £3.50 for the first poster and 75p extra for each additional poster.
Canada: £5.50 for the first poster and £1.00 extra for each additional poster.
USA: £5.50 for the first poster and £1.00 extra for each additional poster.

For Airsure® (a faster service that insures the poster up to its value and can be tracked) or an International Signed For service please e-mail for a quote.
Packaging

Rolled posters are shipped in strong cardboard tubes. Folded posters are sent in a protective sleeve and shipped in ridged envelopes with additional cardboard backing.
Returns

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days for a full refund. Please be aware that returned items are at your own expense, unless I am at fault, and it is recommended you use an insured or registered mail service as I am unable to refund items that have not been received.

It is important you return items to me in the same condition you received them.
Please ensure any item sent back to me is in secure packaging. Please e-mail me first before returning any item for refund.
