HOW TO ORDER
Customers can place an order by e-mail, though please do
not send money via Paypal (or post UK cheques) without contacting me
first to ensure stock is available.
Once you have placed your order an e-mail will be sent to you to
confirm your order has been received. You will also be sent an e-mail
when your order is about to be dispatched.

PAYMENT METHODS
For online orders I accept payment using PayPal only.
For mail orders I accept payment by UK cheque or postal order only.
Please allow 5-7 days for cheque to clear before shipping. Please make
cheques payable to Derek Boyes.
Please note I do not accept non-UK cheques or International Money
Orders.

Items under £40 will be sent by first class Airmail at a charge
of £4.00
Items over £40 will be sent via Airsure® at a minimum charge
of £8.00
USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand
Items under £40 will be sent by first class Airmail at a charge
of £6.00
Items over £40 will be sent via Airsure®
or international recorded signed for at a minimum charge of £11.00
Airsure® - a faster international service that
insures the poster up to its value and can be tracked.
International Signed For™ - Proof of posting, signature on delivery and
up to £250 compensation.

PACKAGING
Please note that every effort is made to package your
posters so that they arrive safely. However on a very few occassions
poster tubes and envelopes have unfortunately arrived damaged. I always
make sure items are insured to the value of the poster, under the terms and conditions stipulated
by Royal Mail. Please make sure you understand these clearly before
placing an overseas order, as I may not be able to refund you if these
terms and conditions have been broken.
Rolled posters are shipped in strong 3mm thick cardboard or plastic
tubes and padded with bubble wrap at both ends. Folded
posters are sent in a protective sleeve, sandwiched between two pieced
of cardboard backing and placed inside a jiffy bag.

DELIVERY TIMES
UK: 3-5 working days by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Europe: 5-7 working days by first class airmail.
Rest of the world: 10-14 working days by first class airmail.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and are dependent on postal services.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your
purchase, you can return the item within 7 days for a full refund.
Please be aware that returned items are at your own expense, unless I
am at fault, and it is recommended you use an insured or registered
mail service as I am unable to refund items that have not been
received.
It is important you return items to me in the same condition you
received them. Please ensure any item sent back to me is in secure
packaging. Please e-mail me first before returning any item for refund.
